Linen Packer/Porter

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Linen Packer/Porter to join our Logistics team at Gouge, located onsite at Bayside Health in Frankston. This hands‑on role is all about making a real difference, helping ensure hospital departments receive the clean, quality linen they need to care for patients every day.

You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team and play a key role in keeping the hospital running smoothly behind the scenes.

• Packing and preparing clean linen orders accurately and on time

• Ensuring hospital departments receive the right linen, in the right place, at the right time

• Checking linen meets quality standards before dispatch

• Completing paperwork and delivery dockets

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

• Reporting stock shortages or issues promptly

• Following safety, quality, and work instructions

• Working as part of a diverse, inclusive, and supportive team

• Being flexible to work extended hours when required

• Reliable, dependable, and detail‑focused

• A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture

• Strong communication skills

• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual work

• Able to meet productivity and accuracy targets

• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment

• Holds a current Australian Driver’s Licence

• Eligible to work in Australia
