Food and Beverage Attendant

Position Overview

We are looking for friendly, reliable and hardworking Team Members to join our Gong Cha Southbank team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, prepare high-quality drinks and food products, maintain a clean and safe store environment, and work effectively as part of a team.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information about menu items, toppings, sugar levels and drink options.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming customer experience.

Cleaning & Hygiene

• Complete daily cleaning duties according to the store cleaning schedule.
• Clean equipment, utensils and preparation areas properly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.

Store Operations

• Follow Gong Cha policies, procedures and operational standards.
• Restock cups, lids, toppings, ingredients and other supplies when required.
• Check stock levels and inform the manager when stock is running low.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the store.
• Follow company procedures for online, delivery and walk-in orders.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining product quality and customer service.

Teamwork

• Work cooperatively with other team members.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
• Support team members during busy periods.
• Follow reasonable instructions from supervisors and managers.
• Help create a respectful, positive and professional workplace.
• Be punctual, reliable and responsible for assigned shifts.

Pay: $26.44 – $42.79 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 38.0 per week
