QUALIFIED OR APPRENTICE BAKER WANTED!

Bakers Delight Ferntree Plaza are looking for a Qualified Baker or someone who is looking to start an apprenticeship to join their team!

At Bakers Delight our Bakers are responsible for:

• Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
• Coaching and supporting the development of junior staff such as Apprentices and Bakers Assistants
• Confident in all areas of production
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
• Assist Production Manager with stock control and production schedules
• Providing delightful customer service when required

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

• Have a passion for baking
• Be a morning person! Some shifts commence at 3am
• Have a reliable form of transportation
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Food Handling and Food Safety

Apprentices do not need any prior experience as all training will be provided.

This role involves early starts (from 3am) and you will operate on a rotating roster which will include weekend work - we have the option of Full Time, Part Time or Casual work.
