RGP Group, a leading healthcare provider in Ormiston and Wynnum, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Nurse with reception experience, to join our friendly team on a casual basis - approx 3 days per week/25hrs. Shifts are available across both clinics, Redlands General Practice and RGP Wynnum.

About the Role 

We are seeking a friendly, flexible and organised Practice Nurse to join our growing team in a hybrid role that combines clinical nursing duties with reception and front desk support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can work collaboratively in a young and evolving practice, and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.

Duties include providing nursing support across a range of general practice services, assisting with patient health assessments, treatment room tasks, immunisations, wound care and recalls, supporting GPs with clinical procedures and patient care coordination. In addition to this, this role will involve reception duties including answering phones, greeting patients and booking appointments, processing patient information accurately while maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running and growth of the practice.

About You 

We’re looking for a motivated Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration, Australian working rights, and experience in general practice (Best Practice experience is a must) who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. You’ll bring a proactive, patient-centred approach, a willingness to learn and the confidence to take on feedback and grow within a supportive team.
