About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position that will be pivotal in overseeing the successful delivery of construction and fenestration projects from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of projects whilst leading cross-functional teams and liaising with clients, suppliers and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor all project activities, milestones and deliverables to ensure timely project completion

• Manage project budgets, costs and financial performance, including forecasting and variance analysis

• Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, contractors and subcontractors to maintain quality and safety standards

• Liaise with clients to understand requirements, provide progress updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, health and safety legislation, and company policies

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, specifications, reports and correspondence

• Identify and manage project risks, issues and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as required

• Manage project procurement, including sourcing materials, negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors

• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure work meets specifications and standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in project management within the construction or facade industry

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and health and safety regulations

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously

• Advanced proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams

• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control and financial management principles

• Problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills under pressure

• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams
