This is an Aboriginal Designated Position, classified under 'special measures' of Section 12 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010. Only Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are eligible to apply.

Join Rumbalara Aboriginal Co-operative as a Dual Diagnosis Worker and provide culturally safe, person-centred support that strengthens wellbeing, recovery and connection to culture, family, community and Country.
About the role
Based at Rumbalara’s Seymour Office, the Dual Diagnosis Worker supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people experiencing co-occurring mental health and alcohol and other drug (AOD) challenges.
You will provide practical support, counselling, advocacy and care coordination, working alongside clients to achieve their individual goals and strengthen their social and emotional wellbeing. You will deliver culturally safe, person-centred support and collaborate with internal programs and external services to help clients access the right services and supports when they need them.
