Summary:

The Talent & Culture Business Partner is responsible for delivering proactive, practical and employee experience focused people solutions across a diverse portfolio of businesses within TOGA Group.

Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, the role partners closely with business stakeholders to drive organisational effectiveness, workforce capability, employee engagement, cultural initiatives and performance outcomes. The role provides hands-on support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle whilst ensuring alignment with TOGA’s values, people strategy and business objectives.

This position introduces strategic thinking with operational execution and is ideal for a HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing outcomes and contributing directly to business success.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders across the business to deliver operational people solutions.
• Provide advice and coaching on employee relations, leadership, performance management, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.
• Build leadership capability through coaching, guidance and support on people management best practices.
• Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity, inclusion and culture initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
• Support the delivery of TOGA’s Talent & Culture Strategy and embed organisational values and behaviours across the business.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding activities to attract, engage and successfully integrate talented employees.
• Identify talent and capability gaps and facilitate learning, development, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver organisational change, transformation programs and people-related projects, including business modernisation initiatives.
• Provide guidance on performance, conduct, grievance and workplace investigations while managing organisational risk.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, employment law, workplace health and safety requirements, and internal policies.
• Manage workplace injury and return-to-work processes in partnership with external providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR operations, systems, reporting, workforce analytics, governance and compliance activities, including WGEA and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or related discipline, and/or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Demonstrated experience in providing generalist human resources support, including recruitment, performance management, change management, cultural change, employee relations and award interpretation.
• Experience in administering HR and LMS platforms advantageous
• MHFA and RTW Coordination qualifications preferred
