Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in developing user guides, delivering training, and supporting knowledge transfer across payroll teams. As a Dayforce Payroll SME, you will contribute directly to the successful rollout and optimisation of the Dayforce payroll system.

This role is a 6-month fixed term contract, with a view to become permanent.

Your activities

You will support and coordinate parallel testing activities to ensure all payroll components are accurately tested, documented and confirmed prior to go-liveSystem configuration validationPayroll calculation testingEnd‑to‑end process verificationData migrationsTraining end usersSystem troubleshootingTrain the payroll team and support readiness activities leading up to go‑live.

Your profile

5+ years’ experience using the Dayforce payroll system.Ability to train staff on the Dayforce application.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and remote teams.Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines effectively.Ability to remain hands‑on while driving testing activities.

What We’re Looking For: A Dayforce Payroll System SME with hands‑on experience in, upskilling payroll teams, high‑volume ANZ BAU payroll processing, supporting Dayforce implementations, leading parallel testing cycles.
