Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant

Ezy Clean Soak Tanks is a privately owned family operated company who provide specialised equipment, services and solutions to the hospitality industry. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver and Warehouse Assistant. This role requires a versatile skill set to ensure the smooth installation of equipment at customer sites, above and beyond customer service as well as efficient warehouse operations. This role is an all rounder, involving general warehouse duties, customer service and delivery driving responsibilities - this means each day will be different and you wont be doing the same tasks on repeat.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver, install and set up equipment at customer locations, ensuring functionality and customer satisfaction.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.

• Conduct equipment inspections and troubleshoot any issues that arise 

• Conduct product Operating, Maintenance and Safety training for customers and their staff

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and organising warehouse space.

• Receive incoming shipments, inspecting for accuracy and quality.

• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.

• Collaborate with team members

• Respond promptly to customer repair enquiries and troubleshoot issues remotely where possible

• Assess faults and determine the most appropriate solution, including coordinating contractors or arranging equipment replacement and repair

• Maintain accurate records of all repair requests and completed repairs

• Verify electrical contractor invoices against repair records and approve invoices for processing

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.

• Prior experience in customer service, equipment installation, or warehouse operations is advantageous.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools effectively.

• Valid Australian driver's license, clean driving record and able to drive a van 

• You have a valid forklift license (highly preferred)

About You:

• You have a passion for Customer Service specifically in the Hospitality Industry

• You are physically fit, strong and agile to be able to load equipment

• You are well presented, well spoken and enjoy dealing with customers & clients

• You have thorough understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, etc.

• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of responsibilities, make confident day to day decisions within established guidelines, and work autonomously after training, while contributing positively as part of a collaborative team in a fast paced environment.

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Working hours:

• Tuesday - Thursday (9am-5pm)
