Thomas Martin Lawyers is growing and looking to add a strata and property litigation lawyer to their tight-knit team.

The Role:
prepare detailed written advice on strata and property disputes and legal proceedings
assist litigation matters in tribunals and courts in NSW, including preparing evidence and pleadings
work closely with senior staff
work in a fast-moving practice with regular repeat work
communicate frequently and effectively with stakeholders, including strata managers and experts
Key Skills/Experience:
The successful applicant will possess the following:
have 1-3 years post-admission experience in litigation or dispute resolution
experience in strata and property disputes is highly desirable
the ability to communicate effectively and in plain-English
ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and manage competing priorities
strong drafting, analytical and research skills
good time management and organisational skills
practical and client focused problem solving skills
Remuneration:
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience. We are also committed to reviewing remuneration, at least annually.
