Lawyer | Litigation, Strata and Property | 1 - 3 years PQE

Thomas Martin Lawyers is growing and looking to add a strata and property litigation lawyer to their tight-knit team.

The Role:

• prepare detailed written advice on strata and property disputes and legal proceedings

• assist litigation matters in tribunals and courts in NSW, including preparing evidence and pleadings

• work closely with senior staff

• work in a fast-moving practice with regular repeat work

• communicate frequently and effectively with stakeholders, including strata managers and experts

Key Skills/Experience:

The successful applicant will possess the following:

• have 1-3 years post-admission experience in litigation or dispute resolution

• experience in strata and property disputes is highly desirable

• the ability to communicate effectively and in plain-English

• ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and manage competing priorities

• strong drafting, analytical and research skills

• good time management and organisational skills

• practical and client focused problem solving skills

Remuneration:

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience. We are also committed to reviewing remuneration, at least annually.
