About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Billing Clerk to provide maternity leave cover within a busy, high-volume Billing Team. This role supports multiple business divisions across Australia and requires someone able to learn and understand complex billing processes, work independently and manage competing priorities.
Responsibilities:
Raise and process customer invoices across multiple billing systems (MYOB, Patriot, Salesforce and other internal systems).Process alarm response billing, including supplier invoice validation customer on-charging and dispute management.Review and validate subcontractor invoices, purchase orders and pricing before payment approval.Prepare manual invoices for products and services.Process customer credits and billing adjustments.Email invoices and supporting documentation directly to customers or upload to customer portals.Assist with monitoring agreement administration and customer account maintenance.Support quarterly rebate calculations and billing administration for assisted bureau customers.Respond to internal billing queries from technicians, sales teams and customer service.
What’s Required:
Previous experience in a high-volume billing or accounts role.Strong MYOB experience (essential).Excellent attention to detail with strong reconciliation skills.Ability to interpret customer contracts, purchase orders and pricing schedules.Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with internal stakeholders and customers.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.Experience with Salesforce, Patriot or similar ERP/CRM systems would be highly regarded.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
