Industrial Cleaner Meat Works - Night Shift

As a service provider to the food processing & further processing industry, our employees serve a critical role in ensuring the highest level of hygiene and sanitation to ensure the food processing factories/abattoirs can continue to provide quality meat and nutrition to our local communities.

The Cleaning Hygiene Operator is directly responsible for the following:

• Performing hygiene and sanitation cleaning within a meat processing facility
• Immediate start available
• Expected start date - ASAP
• Must have reliable transport to get to and from work each day
• Location: Kilcoy, QLD
• Night shift position
• Monday to Friday roster (Days may be subject to change)
• Approx. hours: 5pm – 1:06am or 10pm - 4.30am
• 2 positions available
• Cleaning animal fat, blood and other animal proteins.
• Required to wear full PPE and gumboots (All supplied at site)
• Required to complete online application & inductions prior to starting

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move equipment and materials (up to approx. 20-25kg)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• Ability to work in wet, cold or hot and high-pressure washdown conditions

Pay: $41.97 per hour
