About the role

We're building a brand-new team for our new McDonald's restaurant at BP Charlton, opening in December 2026. Whether you're looking for your first job, work that fits around school or family, regular daytime hours, overnight work, or the opportunity to build a long-term career with McDonald's, we have positions available across multiple teams.

Positions Available

• Day Crew: Work during the day, including daytime employment for parents returning to the workforce, university students or anyone wanting flexible daytime employment

• Late Night Crew: Join the evening team with shifts available across evenings and late nights

• Overnight Crew: Help keep the restaurant running throughout the night with regular overnight work

• School-Aged Crew: Work around school with after-school, evening and weekend availability

• Baristas: Serve customers and prepare coffee as part of the McCafé team

• Maintenance Team: Keep the restaurant, equipment and facilities looking and operating at their best with daytime and early-morning availability across multiple stores. Handyman experience also desirable.

About you

• Enthusiastic and willing to learn

• No experience necessary for many roles

• Experienced baristas encouraged to apply, but training can be provided for the right candidates

• Right To Work Documentation required (Birth Certificate, Passport, Visa Details)
