A terrific opportunity has become available to join our Internal Sales Team, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager this role is responsible for delivering exceptional support to the Sales Team and our customers. 

You will be working in a supportive team and be provided with comprehensive on the job training. This is a varied role, and no day will be the same.

Let's talk about what you will be doing

• Provide an exceptional experience for our customers. 

• Process sales orders, liaise with customers and internal staff to ensure orders are expedited promptly, accurately and efficiently.

• Support Sales Managers, Account Managers and internal stakeholders.

• Proactively communicate with both internal and external customers regarding stock availability.

• Build strong rapport with our customers and be able to confidently communicate product knowledge.

• Maintain an up to date knowledge of all products and services to ensure a superior experience for the consumers.

• Manage customer complaints through to resolution.

• Continuously contribute to improve internal processes whilst working with key stakeholders.

What will you bring

• 2 years minimum experience in a similar role.

• Experience with SAP preferred not essential.

• Highly motivated team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under time pressures.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and experience with CRM systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
