Breakfast Chef

Position: Breakfast Chef

Responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency to ensure a smooth and consistent kitchen service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The duties include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare, cook and present menu items to the required quality and consistency standards.
• Ensure all meals are prepared and served in a timely manner during service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and portion control.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Assist with food preparation, stock rotation and minimising food wastage.
• Ensure all food is stored, handled and labelled correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workstation and kitchen.
• Report stock shortages, equipment faults and maintenance issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure efficient service.
• Perform other duties reasonably required to support the successful operation of the business.

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
