The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for experienced Senior Solution Designers to join a major transformation program. Working as an End-to-End Solution Designer, you will collaborate closely with architects, platform leads, product owners and delivery teams to create cohesive solution designs that align business objectives with technical outcomes.

You will drive solution integrity across the full lifecycle, ensuring business needs are translated into practical, scalable and secure solutions while supporting successful program delivery.

ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end solution design across multiple delivery streamsPartner with architects, platform leads, product managers and agile squadsProduce solution designs, technical artefacts and supporting user storiesEvaluate solution options aligned to current and future state architectureEnsure solutions align to business objectives, governance and delivery goalsSupport teams in resolving technical impediments and delivery challengesDrive continuous improvement and solution optimisation initiativesCollaborate across engineering, operations, security and data teamsChampion API-first, cloud-first and secure-by-design principlesMaintain solution integrity through implementation and post-deployment validationWhat Our Client Requires

Essential Experience10+ years designing enterprise-scale technology solutionsStrong experience across cloud, integration, digital, security and data domainsHands-on experience with technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, OutSystems, Databricks, Boomi and event-driven integrationStrong understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture and SOAP/REST implementation patternsExperience driving solution architecture within large transformation programsAbility to negotiate and manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholdersStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into practical delivery outcomesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProven ability to solve business challenges through innovative technology solutionsHighly Regarded
