About the role
Full time Practice Nurse (RN) – Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our friendly medical practice on a part-time permanent basis.
Key duties:
Health assessments & Heart Health Checks
Chronic disease care plans & reviews
Assisting with procedures
Childhood & adult vaccinations (essential)
Wound care and general practice nursing duties
Requirements:
Current AHPRA registration (RN)
Experience in general practice/primary care (preferred)
Competence in health checks, care plans, and immunisations
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Minimum 6 months of general practice/primary care experience required
Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
