Sure, you'll own performance, you'll lead Venue Managers, you'll be responsible for safety, customer experience, profitability and operational excellence across multiple sites.

What you'll be leading.

Every day looks a little different, but you'll spend your time:

• Coaching and developing Venue Managers

• Driving operational excellence across every venue

• Improving customer experience

• Holding teams accountable to safety and performance

• Reviewing labour, revenue and profitability

• Working alongside our Executive Leadership Team

• Supporting new venue openings

• Building systems that allow us to scale without losing what makes PowerPlay special

We're looking for someone who has...

• Multi-site operational leadership experience

• Led leaders—not just teams

• Strong commercial and financial capability

• Built high-performing cultures

• Managed P&Ls across multiple locations

• Worked in hospitality, entertainment, leisure, retail or another customer-focused business

• A calm head under pressure

• A genuine passion for developing people

• Experience in entertainment, karting, amusement or hospitality is fantastic—but if you've led exceptional multi-site operations elsewhere, we'd love to meet you.
