Levers Concept Constructions is a Family-Owned Building company servicing Sunraysia, Broken Hill, the Riverland and surrounding regions. We are Looking for a qualified carpenter

We specialise in commercial and domestic construction, shed building, earthmoving and concreting.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a reliable, motivated and qualified Carpenter to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys variety in their day and is comfortable with diversity.

About the Role

As a Carpenter with Levers Concept Constructions, you will be involved in all aspects of construction, from initial site preparation through to project completion. No two days are the same, with work spanning residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

·         Reading and interpreting plans and construction drawings

·         Slab preparation and concrete works

·         Formwork and concrete placement

·         Wall and roof framing, including stick framing

·         Cladding installation

·         Internal fit-out and fixing carpentry

·         Installation of doors, windows and hardware

·         Completion and handover works

·         Shed erection and construction

·         General construction and site duties

·         Working safely and maintaining high-quality workmanship standards

What We're Looking For

·         Qualified Carpenter (Certificate III Carpentry or equivalent)

·         Current driver’s licence

·         Own carpentry tools

·         Ability to read and follow construction plans

·         Strong work ethic and positive attitude

·         Reliable and punctual

·         Physically fit and capable of manual work

·         Ability to work both independently and within a team

·         Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

·         Ability to follow directions and site procedures

·         Commitment to workplace health and safety
