Demolition & Civil Labourers

McMahon Services is seeking experienced Demolition & Civil Labourers to join our growing team and support the delivery of industrial, remediation and demolition projects across Perth metropolitan and regional Western Australia.

About the Role

Working alongside experienced supervisors, operators and project teams, you will play an important role in delivering demolition, remediation and civil construction activities across a variety of project environments.

Based on projects throughout the Perth metropolitan area and regional Western Australia, this role offers exposure to diverse worksites, ongoing development opportunities and the chance to contribute to complex industrial and environmental projects. Regional work may be required, with applicable allowances provided.

What You'll Do

• Carry out demolition, remediation and civil labouring activities
• Assist with site preparation, manual handling and general construction tasks
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Undertake oxy cutting and demolition support activities
• Support asbestos removal activities where appropriately licensed
• Maintain site safety, housekeeping and environmental standards
• Work collaboratively with site teams to achieve project outcomes

What You'll Bring

• Experience working in demolition, remediation, civil construction or industrial environments
• Non-Friable Asbestos Removal (Class B) certification
• Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence
• HR Driver's Licence
• Oxy cutting experience
• Construction Industry White Card
• Ability to work safely and effectively in physically demanding environments
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and delivering quality outcomes
• Reliable work ethic and willingness to support a variety of site activities
