Tranzformd is partnering with a well-known retail organisation to engage a PMO Lead on an initial 9-month contract. Working closely with project and business stakeholders, you'll help drive effective portfolio governance, reporting, planning, and delivery support across a range of initiatives. Your role will include:

• Supporting portfolio governance and reporting activities
• Coordinating project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Preparing executive-level reporting and status updates
• Monitoring project performance and delivery metrics
• Facilitating key governance forums and stakeholder meetings
• Maintaining project documentation and PMO standards
• Assisting with resource planning, financial tracking, and forecasting
• Driving continuous improvement across PMO processes and ways of working

You will bring:

• Experience working within a PMO, project coordination, project support, or PMO Lead capacity
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Experience preparing governance packs, reporting, and project documentation
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and portfolio management practices
