Sales & Marketing Officer

We work closely with education agents, community networks, and industry partners to support international students in achieving their academic and career goals.

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Vietnamese-speaking Sales & Marketing Officer to assist with student recruitment, agent relationship management, and marketing activities focused primarily on international students from Vietnam and the broader South East Asian community who are currently onshore in Australia.

We are seeking a motivated Vietnamese-speaking Sales & Marketing Officer to help grow our international student enrolments and strengthen our relationships with education agents throughout Sydney and Australia.

This role is ideal for an energetic sales professional, education consultant, student recruiter, or community-focused individual looking for flexible employment and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the international education sector.

What You'll Be Doing

• Recruit and support prospective international students.

• Develop and maintain relationships with education agents.

• Conduct agent visits and presentations.

• Attend education fairs, networking events, and community activities.

• Assist with marketing campaigns and student engagement initiatives.

• Generate applications and enrolments for our courses and programs.

Flexible Working Arrangements

• Casual or Part-Time employment available

• Approximately 15 to 30 hours per week

• Flexible working hours to suit business and personal commitments

• Combination of office-based and field-based work

About You

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, education consulting, or student recruitment.

• Comfortable engaging with students, education agents, and community groups.

• Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving recruitment targets.

• Eligible to work in Australia.

• Experience within the international education sector.

• Existing network of education agents or community organisations.

• Knowledge of Australian higher education, VET, and international student pathways.
