Wundowie has a genuine need for accessible and consistent GP services, creating an opportunity for the successful practitioner to establish themselves as a lead GP within an underserved community. The opportunity has been structured to reduce the financial risk normally associated with building a new patient base. For the first 3 months, the GP will receive 95% of billings or a minimum guarantee of $270 per hour, whichever is higher, providing income security while establishing their patient base.

Following the initial guarantee period, the GP continues to retain 95% of billings, providing exceptional ongoing earning potential with a very low service fee. This is not a traditional corporate clinic role. The successful GP will have genuine autonomy to shape their consulting style, develop long-term patient relationships and help determine how GP services evolve within the community.

With administrative support and practice infrastructure provided, the incoming GP can focus on clinical care and developing their patient base. What We’re Looking
