Personalised Support Services (PSS) is a growing, community-driven care organisation delivering disability and aged care services across Melbourne.
PSS has grown into a diverse organisation supporting individuals and families across NDIS, Home Care and community-based services, our services span supported accommodation, direct care supports, complex and high-intensity care, support coordination and support at home services.
We see ourselves as a connector within the community - bringing together participants, families, professionals, organisations and community networks to create better opportunities and meaningful outcomes.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly relationship-driven Partnerships & Growth Manager to strengthen PSS's presence across the NDIS, Aged Care and broader community sectors.
We believe successful partnerships are always a 2-way street. You will be responsible for establishing, nurturing and growing long-term relationships that create value for PSS, our partners and most importantly, the communities we support.
You will build relationships across not-for-profits (NFPs), NGOs, community organisations, health and allied health providers, support coordinators, government and council networks, cultural organisations, advocacy groups and other sector partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish, nurture and grow strong, long-term partnerships and referral networks across the NDIS, aged care and community sectors
Develop 2-way partnerships, identifying opportunities where PSS and partner organisations can mutually support each other's participants, clients, programs and communities
Build trusted relationships with NFPs, NGOs, community groups, health professionals, allied health providers, councils, cultural organisations and other key stakeholders
Develop and implement strategies to increase participant referrals, service opportunities and sustainable organisational growth
Identify opportunities for joint initiatives, collaborative programs, community partnerships, sponsorships and cross-referral arrangements
Organise and participate in community events, networking events, social events, information sessions, workshops, expos and stakeholder engagement activities
Maintain an active presence in the community by regularly meeting, networking and socialising with existing and prospective partners
Identify new services, programs and partnership opportunities based on emerging community needs and industry trends
Assist with tenders, grants, partnership proposals and other strategic growth opportunities.
Work closely with PSS operational teams to ensure new referrals and partnerships translate into high-quality, sustainable services
Represent PSS professionally and positively across industry forums, community events and external meetings
To be successful, you will have:
Strong relationship-building, communication and networking skills
Experience within the NDIS, aged care or related sectors
An existing industry or community network will be highly regarded
Demonstrated ability to establish partnerships and convert relationships into genuine referral and growth opportunities
A collaborative mindset and understanding that strong partnerships must provide value to both organisations
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, community leaders, professionals, participants and families
A natural ability to network, attend events and develop rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
Strong initiative, commercial awareness and an ability to identify opportunities others may overlook
Excellent organisation and follow-through, with the ability to maintain and nurture relationships over the long term
A genuine passion for community connection and creating better outcomes for participants

We are looking for a relationship builder - someone who enjoys getting out into the community, meeting people, attending events, opening doors and turning introductions into meaningful, long-term partnerships,
You will have the autonomy to develop relationships, create opportunities and help shape the continued growth of PSS.
