About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting families and children with complex disability needs?
As a Family Disability Practitioner, you will provide intensive, flexible, and tailored support to families caring for children with complex disability support needs. Working within the Western Regional Parenting Service, you will partner with parents and carers to strengthen family capacity, maintain sustainable care arrangements, and support children to remain safely with their families wherever possible.
This is a fixed term Part-Time (2-days a week/ 16.12 hrs) opportunity based in Footscray within our Western Regional Parenting Service – Community Programs. This position reports to the coordinator - Regional Parenting Services.
This fixed term position comes to an end on June 30th 2028.
