About the role
The Position
As the Admin/Receivals Clerk, you will be responsible for warehouse ordering, ranging and gap management. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of all inwards goods stock, procurement processing, inventory maintenance and general office duties.
This position is fulltime, working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Duties
Goods receipting and invoicing
Daily banking duties
Order processing including click and collect and special orders
Purchase order and inventory maintenance
Gap scanning
Reconciliation of Mitre 10 and CRT statements
Assist Retail Manager with store range and planograms
General administrative duties as required
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Strong computer skills
Customer service focused
Attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
