Lawyer - Family Law and Criminal Law (1–3 years PAE)

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Lawyer with 1 to 3 years' post-admission experience to join our team, working in Family Law, Protection & Care, Restraining Orders and Criminal Law.

We require you to commence immediately and to commit to full-time hours.

You will work on and be responsible for a range of tasks required in the operation of a busy law firm, including:

1. running your own files under supervision, across our practice areas;
2. drafting court documents, affidavits, letters and briefs to counsel;
3. conducting legal research;
4. appearing in the Family Court, Children's Court, Magistrates Court and District Court of WA;
5. liaising with clients, other team members and external stakeholders, including the DPP, Legal Aid and barristers; and
6. a range of other tasks as required.
