Hire Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Hire Coordinator to join our team at Canning Vale, supporting our customers and ensuring our equipment is hired and delivered to meet their needs. If you are highly organised and have excellent customer service skills, we want you on our team!

Key Skills Required:

• Ability to work independently

• Strong customer service background

• High level of computer literacy

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming hire requests and assist clients with their equipment needs

• Prepare and complete Hire Agreements and Customer Hire Contracts

• Provide equipment hire quotations

• Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients

• Coordinate with the Transport division to ensure timely delivery and pick-up of equipment

• Book and invoice equipment hires

• Oversee the movement of hire equipment

• General administration and reception tasks
