The Opportunity 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Custom Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing customs processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage import and export customs clearance processes

• Ensure compliance with all relevant customs laws and regulations

• Communicate effectively with clients and government authorities

• Process refunds and drawbacks

• Provide tariff advice and tariff concession order applications.

• Handle documentation and paperwork related to customs clearance

• Stay updated on changes in customs laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of  3 years of experience as a custom broker

• Licenced Broker, CPD compliant, DAFF Accredited

• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented and skilled in managing paperwork and documentation
