Milestones Flinders View is a warm and welcoming centre where children, families, and educators feel a strong sense of belonging. Our dedicated team is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and building positive relationships that support every child's growth and development.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• A current Working with Children Check
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
• A commitment to creating safe, engaging, and inclusive environments for children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

You'll be supported to deliver Australia's most advanced approach to early childhood education through Affinity's exclusive Lifelong Learning Curriculum.
