About the Role

We are looking for an Administration Assistant/ Receptionist to join our team in XXX .

This role will be responsible for:

• Greeting clients on arrive
• Answering telephone calls and assisting with queries
• Providing support to the Business Manager and Senior Employment Consultant as required
• Filling in for Employment Consultants when they are out of the office
• Ad-hoc office duties

What we need from you

• General office administration skills, including customer service, typing documents and dealing with internal stakeholders on the phone and face-to-face
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• High attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in data entry in both Excel and Word
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment
