Furniture Curation & Project Coordinator

This role ensures outstanding design outcomes, seamless project delivery, exceptional client experiences and strong commercial results for the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

 You will be required to (but not limited to) the following duties:

• Client Consultation & Project Management
• Meet with clients to understand their brief, lifestyle requirements, aesthetic preferences and budget.
• Build strong client relationships through clear, professional and proactive communication.
• Guide clients through the furniture curation process from concept to completion.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout all project stages.
• Obtain positive client feedback and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Convert approved concepts into confirmed furniture purchases and project outcomes
• Furniture Curation & Design

·        Curate furniture, lighting, artwork, rugs and accessories tailored to each client's brief.

·        Develop mood boards and concept presentations for client review and approval.

·        Research and source products from local and international suppliers.

·        Stay informed on emerging interior design trends, furniture innovations and industry developments.

·        Forecast design trends and proactively introduce new ideas to projects.

• Floor Planning

·        Measure and accurately place furniture selections within floor plans.

·        Ensure furniture layouts are functional, proportionate and suitable for each space.

·        Review dimensions, clearances and specifications to ensure all selections fit correctly within the home.

·        Prepare furniture schedules using Twostyle’s programs and supporting project documentation.

• Supplier Management

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners.

·        Attend supplier presentations, showroom launches and industry events.

·        Source quotations, lead times and product information.

·        Negotiate and coordinate orders with suppliers.

• Procurement & Delivery Coordination

·        Process furniture orders and manage procurement timelines.

·        Coordinate deliveries, freight and installation schedules.

·        Track orders and proactively communicate updates to clients.

·        Resolve supplier issues, delivery delays, damages and product faults.

·        Manage warranty claims and replacement processes where required.

• Installation & Styling

·        Attend installation days and oversee furniture deliveries.

·        Style completed homes to Twostyle standards.

·        Ensure all furniture, artwork and accessories are correctly positioned and presented.

·        Conduct final quality checks prior to project completion.

• Office & Showroom Management

·        Maintain organisation of samples, finishes and supplier materials.

·        Manage and present the showroom to a high standard.

·        Coordinate incoming sample deliveries and supplier resources.

·        Support general office administration as required.

INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE MEASURES / BENCHMARKS:

Ongoing performance benchmarks will be based on the broad categories outlined below, which may be varied in direct consultation with the line Manager / Director:

·        Deliver projects on time and within client budgets

·        Maintain exceptional client communication throughout all projects

·        Achieve positive client feedback and testimonials

·        Accurately manage procurement and delivery processes

·        Present highly considered and commercially viable furniture concepts

·        Maintain strong supplier relationships

·        Contribute to the ongoing growth and reputation of Twostyle

Commercial Performance

• Successfully convert furniture curation concepts into confirmed client orders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly furniture procurement revenue targets.
• Maximise project profitability while maintaining Twostyle's design standards.
• Identify opportunities to increase project value through thoughtful furniture and styling recommendations.
• Contribute to the growth of Twostyle's furniture curation division.
