We’re on the hunt for a skilled and motivated Mowing Operator with a background in commercial turf maintenance to help us deliver high-quality results across some of Perth’s best outdoor spaces.

• Regular training and upskilling, including chemical handling, fertiliser programs, and machinery

• Operating a range of well maintained commercial mowers, brush cutters, edgers and other turf maintenance equipment

• Keeping our turf spaces looking sharp and professional

• Assisting with turf fertiliser and weed spray programs

• Leading by example on quality, safety and presentation

• Helping maintain vehicles and machinery to company standards

• Minimum 5 years experience in commercial mowing or turf maintenance

• Confident using a variety of mowers and small equipment

• Good understanding of safety procedures

• Fit, reliable, and able to work independently or in a small crew

• MR licence preferred, C class and White Card essential

• Chem cert, turf qualifications, or machinery tickets (e.g., chainsaw, skid steer) a big bonus
