Full Time Sales Assistant Bourke Street Reopening

Bourke Street is preparing to reopen with Zara’s latest store concept, creating an opportunity to be part of the team shaping the customer experience from day one.

As a Full-Time Sales Assistant, you’ll be present and proactive with customers — understanding what they need, sharing product knowledge and offering recommendations and alternatives that make their experience easier.

You’ll work across the store, staying close to the product, customer flow and daily priorities. From customer interactions and fitting rooms to replenishment and keeping the floor ready to shop, your role will help create an experience that feels considered, energetic and distinctly Zara.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create genuine customer connections through conversation, product knowledge and personalised recommendations

• Stay close to new arrivals, key products and trends so you can confidently support customers

• Work across the shop floor, fitting rooms and payment areas, adapting to where customers need support

• Help customers explore available options, including in-store and digital services

• Keep the store organised, replenished and easy to shop throughout the day

• Work with the team to respond to customer flow, product movement and daily priorities

• Take ownership of your area and contribute to a strong customer and store experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A genuine interest in fashion, product and people

• Confidence starting conversations and understanding what customers need

• A positive, curious and team-focused approach

• Strong communication and a willingness to build your product knowledge

• Confidence adapting, taking initiative and staying organised in a fast-paced store

• Availability to work full time, 38 hours per week, across weekdays, weekends, late nights and public holidays
