What You’ll Be Doing 

• First Impressions & Operations: Warmly greeting clients, handling phone and email inquiries, and keeping the front office running seamlessly. 

• Team & Department Support: Collaborating across sales and property management to assist with administrative duties and daily workflow. 

• Client Experience: Delivering high-level customer service that reflects our strong brand reputation. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Qualifications: A completed Certificate IV in Real Estate or Agent’s Representative Certificate (required). 

• Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Reapit/Console Cloud and Rex Software a bonus. 

• Mindset: A positive, proactive attitude with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 

• Experience: Open to motivated entry-level candidates ready to learn, as well as experienced real estate professionals looking to elevate their career.
