Job DescriptionThe Program Administration Officer provides high-quality administrative and operational support to the Student & Academic Administration Manager, academic leadership, and teaching staff, ensuring the effective delivery of Western Sydney University programs at Sydney City Campus. It is responsible for coordinating key academic administration processes across a high-volume teaching environment, including teaching readiness, learning materials, and assessments, while ensuring compliance with SCC/School Joint Procedures and University requirements. The role also supports student-facing administrative activities throughout the student lifecycle, helping to maintain operational continuity and deliver a positive student experience through accurate, timely, and consistent service.
