We're growing our in-house creative team to keep our website, emails, socials, and packaging looking sharp, on-brand, and ready to scale as the business grows.

About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house team in Yatala. Working closely with our Senior Graphic Designer, you'll help create and maintain visual assets across our website, email marketing, ads, slide decks, and packaging. It's a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across a broad range of design work in a supportive, real-world environment.

What you'll be doing

Website & Digital Asset Design

• Assist the Senior Graphic Designer in creating, editing and updating website graphics, banners, and product imagery

• Support the ecommerce team with on-brand visual assets for landing pages and campaigns

• Resize and adapt existing assets for different placements and formats across the site

• Maintain organised, well-labelled design files

Email & Socials Design

• Assist the ecommerce team with design assets for email marketing campaigns, working to templates and brand guidelines

• Create graphics and creative variations for paid social ad campaigns and organic social posts

• Support A/B testing of ad creative by producing multiple design variations

• Adapt creative across different sizes and formats for various platforms (email, Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)

Slide Deck & Presentation Design

• Assist with the design and formatting slide decks

• Help maintain consistent, on-brand templates for decks across the business

• Turn rough content or briefs into clean, well-structured presentation designs

Packaging Design Support

• Assist the Senior Graphic Designer with packaging design and artwork updates

• Help prepare print-ready files and check specifications ahead of production

• Support revisions and version control across packaging projects

• Ability to create 3D renders of products is recommended but not essential

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to understand brand guidelines and design standards

• Work with the Head of Ecommerce and Senior Graphic Designer to understand upcoming design needs

• Communicate clearly on timelines, revisions, and creative feedback

• Pick up ad hoc design requests as they arise

Process & Documentation

• Help maintain an organised asset library and file naming conventions

• Support the documentation of design templates and brand guidelines for consistency across the team

What we're looking for

• 1-2+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma

• A strong eye for detail, layout, and brand consistency

• Some experience designing for digital formats (web, email, social/ads); packaging or print experience is a plus but not essential

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once

• Values teamwork and enjoys collaborating with others on creative work

• Based in or able to commute to Yatala
