We are currently looking for an enthusiastic entry level Sales Consultant/Delivery Driver to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. This is a hands-on customer service, sales, delivery, and merchandising role. You will visit customers, maintain strong in-store relationships, manage stock levels, support promotional activity, and help grow Yakult's presence in Victoria.

You will receive sales and product knowledge training, helping to develop your communication skills and confidence with customers.

What Yakult offers:

• Job security - Once you have completed your 3-month probation, this is a full-time, permanent position.

• Hours & Routine - This position is Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Our Sales Consultants do not work on weekends, or public holidays.

• Remuneration - The salary for this position is paid in accordance with the Commercial Sales Award. In addition, you will be eligible to participate in our Sales Incentive Scheme and be financially rewarded for achieving sales targets.

• Training - Full training is provided, with ongoing support to help you grow within the role and the Company.

The role:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and customer service.

• Deliver Yakult stock to customers and ensure shelves are well presented and appropriately stocked.

• Complete sales paperwork accurately.

• Retrieve, count and balance stock.

• Identify opportunities to improve shelf space and product visibility within existing stores.

• Share information about upcoming advertising campaigns with customers.

• Work toward monthly sales objectives and contribute to territory growth.

• Open new accounts.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a current drivers licence and be comfortable operating a van.

• Enjoy meeting new people and have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

• Be motivated to maintain and grow sales.

• Always communicate clearly and professionally, understanding that you are representing the Company.

• Work safely, responsibly, and independently.

• Be physically able to lift up to 12kgs as part of daily duties.

• Be organised and able to complete customer visits within designated territory and timeframes.
