About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate construction activities on site in the Wooloowin area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, ensuring safety standards are met, managing client relationships, and upholding high levels of work quality and efficiency. Please note this role is for a fixed term contract of approximately 10 months. There may be opportunity for ongoing employment at the completion of the contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of site management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with building codes and regulations.

• Supervise site workers, contractors, and subcontractors while coordinating with project managers, architects, and engineers for smooth project execution.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

• Monitor quality assurance through ITPs, ensuring projects are defect-free.

• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, quality, and safety.

• Optimize resources by managing materials, equipment, and labour efficiently.

• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as Site Manager

• Experience in delivering projects between $1M – $10M

• Carpentry trade background

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Experience in Procore and 1Breadcrumb (or similar)

• Current full and unrestricted Australian work authorisation required
