Pet Crematorium Driver and Representative (Full-Time, Brisbane & Gold Coast)

We are a family-run business dedicated to supporting pet owners through one of life's most emotional moments. We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable team member to join us as a full-time Driver and Representative based between both Brisbane and Gold Coast offices.

As a Pet Angel Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Collecting deceased pets from veterinary clinics and private residences

• Providing respectful and professional interactions with grieving families and clinic staff

• Returning ashes and memorials to families with care and compassion

This is a highly sensitive role that requires genuine empathy, emotional awareness, and the ability to support families with dignity and respect.

We are seeking someone who is:

• Professional, well-presented, and reliable

• Empathetic, emotionally resilient, and compassionate

• Comfortable speaking with grieving families in a calm and supportive manner

• Confident working independently and managing time effectively

• Comfortable being on the road for a large portion of the day

This position is primarily Brisbane-based, however you will be required to occasionally cover the Gold Coast area as part of operational needs. Our Gold Coast office is located at Molendinar.

Shifts are rostered between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm, with coverage shared across the team.

Shift times may include:

• 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

• 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

• 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

• 10:00 am – 6:30 pm

As we operate 7 days a week, weekend shifts are included in the rotating roster. Some overtime may be required and is paid in accordance with relevant award rates.

• A current manual driver's licence with a clean driving record

• Specifically a current C class (car) manual driver's licence is required for this position

• Clean driving record with minor offences acceptable

• Strong time management and attention to detail

• Basic confidence with technology (mobile devices, apps, etc.)

• Physical fitness, with the ability to lift up to 25kg comfortably

• A safe and responsible driving history

• Australian citizenship is required for this position
