About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our Support at Home team across the North-West Metro (including Macedon Ranges, Bacchus Marsh & Sunbury).

You will support clients in their own homes with:

• Personal care

• Domestic assistance

• Social support and community access

• Transport to appointments

Flexible shifts available-Minimum availability of 3 days per week required.

About You

• Passionate about supporting older people

• Reliable and able to work independently

• Certificate III in Individual Support

• Current First Aid & CPR

• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Current Police Check

• Willingness to travel across all areas preferred
