Keeping the café and reception areas clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times.
Supporting daily operations, including stock rotation, inventory checks, and accurate cash handling.
What you’ll need to be successful
Proven experience in a fast-paced café or hospitality environment, with strong barista skills and the ability to confidently operate a coffee machine.
A genuine passion for hospitality, with a focus on delivering excellent service to every guest.
A current VIC RSA Certificate.
Exceptional communication skills, a friendly and approachable manner, and the ability to quickly build rapport with guests and colleagues.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.
