My Vitality Physio is a very well respected allied health practice on the northern Gold Coast, with clinics in Hope Island and Paradise Point. We are seeking a full-time Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our team. Our clinics are equipped with high-quality gym and rehabilitation facilities, allowing us to deliver both clinical rehabilitation and functional exercise-based care in a professional, caring and energetic environment.

About the Role

This full-time role will involve working across both clinic locations and includes:

• One-to-one Exercise Physiology consultations

• Delivery of small group exercise classes

• Managing a varied caseload including private clients, Private Health, DVA, WorkCover, NDIS and Medicare-funded clients

• Exercise-based rehabilitation across musculoskeletal, chronic disease, functional and rehabilitation-based presentations

• Conducting assessments, exercise prescription, progression and report writing as required

• Working closely with our physiotherapists and broader allied health team to deliver high-quality outcomes

• Building strong client relationships and contributing to an outstanding patient experience

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• ESSA-accredited as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist

• Ideally has a minimum of 2 years’ experience

• Confident in managing both individual clients and small groups

• Skilled in exercise prescription, clinical reasoning and graded progression

• A strong communicator who can build trust, motivate clients and work collaboratively within a team

• Professional, positive, reliable and team-oriented

• Passionate about helping people improve their health, function, confidence and performance

Desirable but Not Essential

• Strength and Conditioning qualifications

• Experience in private practice

• Experience working with DVA, WorkCover, NDIS and Medicare clients

• Experience with musculoskeletal, chronic disease and rehabilitation-based caseloads
