An Ideal Candidate Would Demonstrate
Strong attention to detail with highly accurate data entry and ability to manage patient records and waitlist information Effective communicator and active listener, able to work confidently with clinicians, patients and multidisciplinary teams Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise tasks and problem-solve in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Sound understanding of medical terminology, patient administration systems and NSW Health waitlist policies
