About the role

We are seeking energetic, reliable and detail-focused Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming and memorable environment for every guest.

Availability to work over a 7-day weekly rotating roster is essential. Shifts are mostly Monday to Friday; Shift timings are 8am-4pm weekdays and 9am-5pm on weekends.

About you

• A meticulous eye for detail and a genuine passion for cleanliness

• Positive attitude, reliability and professionalism

• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

• Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster

• Shifts are primarily 8am–4pm on weekdays and 9am–5pm on weekends. Please outline your availability on your resume.
  

Minimum requirements

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in hotel housekeeping

• Punctual, efficient and committed to meeting time standards

• Availability during Christmas, New Year and the Australian Open period is required
  

Key responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to Pullman brand standards

• Maintaining bathrooms including shower recess, tiles and amenities

• Dusting, vacuuming and mopping

• Replacing towels, linen and other in-room items

• Restocking amenities including tea, coffee and bathroom products

• Resetting rooms to the highest presentation standards

• Ensuring guest room safety and security is maintained at all times
