Azora is a fast growing non-bank lender specialising in commercial asset finance, consumer car loans and home loans. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Collector to join our Commercial Asset Finance team.

Your Responsibilities | How you will make a difference

We are seeking commercial asset finance collector to join our team.

• Correspond with customers in arrears over the phone and email to understand their situation and find reasonable solutions based on both business and customer needs.

• Manage a portfolio of accounts (30+ days), contact customers and make suitable arrangements for repayment of arrears in order to minimise delinquency and losses.

• Negotiate acceptable repayment arrangements with customers

• Identify financial hardship and work with the Collections Manager / Hardship team to provide suitable financial assistance.

Your Skills & Experience | A little bit about you…

• 2+ years experience in commercial or consumer collections, including demonstrated 30+ days experience

• Working knowledge of Privacy Act

• Sound knowledge of collections processes

• A 'can do' and proactive approach to your work

• An eye for detail

• Collaborative and teamwork a must!

• Customer service skills

• Commercial thinking

• Time management and organisation skills

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Punctual and reliable
