About the role

These are hands-on positions working closely with experienced chefs in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Great Jones is a new daytime restaurant opening in the heart of High Street, Armadale, offering predominantly daytime hours and a strong work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and executing breakfast and lunch service

• Assisting with food preparation and mise en place

• Supporting service with consistency and attention to detail

• Contributing to kitchen organisation and cleanliness

• Learning and refining cooking techniques and presentation

About you

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

• Positive and calm during busy service periods

• Comfortable working across different lines during service

• Able to work well in a small, collaborative team

• Available for weekend work

• Minimum 2 years experience in a high volume kitchen
