Based at our Paget location in Mackay, responsible for supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse and ensuring our mining and heavy industrial customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

You will play an important role in receiving, picking, packing and dispatching stock, while helping to maintain a safe and well-organised warehouse environment.

We welcome applicants who are new to the workforce, with full on-the-job training and ongoing support provided to help you build your skills and confidence.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Assist in daily store operations to keep the branch running smoothly.Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries. Collaborate effectively with other departments to deliver excellent service.Support inventory management and stock handling as required. Assist in local deliveries to customers.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in customer service, warehouse, or a similar environment is desirable. A valid Driver’s License is essential. Forklift license is desirable but not mandatory. Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organized workplace. Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner. Strong customer service ethics and natural problem-solving abilities.A willingness to learn and/ or on the job training” to show the jobseekers we are happy to provide training.A willingness to learn.
