Client Service Officer

We are located on the city fringe with on-site parking. We are a small but growing team with a strong client base and plenty of exciting opportunities for continued growth.

We are currently offering a full time CS0 role, however part time would be considered for the right candidate.

The Role

As our Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Prepare applications, liaise and implement with product providers for new and existing client requirements.

• Preparation and collation of documents for clients' meetings

• Correspond with clients to keep them updated along the way.

• Back up for phone and reception (lunch breaks, phone overflow etc)

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years' experience within a Financial Planning firm in a similar role.

• X-Plan (Compass) experience mandatory

• Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, with a passion to delivering outstanding customer service

• A sound understanding of Financial Planning administration and advice implementation process

• The ability to prioritise workflow, work autonomously and collaboratively within a team

• A willingness to learn and develop in your role
