We manage complex workforce travel and logistics where precision, timing and reliability are non-negotiable. It's the kind of work that goes well beyond a standard booking, with a heavy focus on ensuring our clients operations are supported from end to end. We're looking for an experienced senior travel advisor with marine industry and corporate expertise to join our team. The roleYou'll manage end to end travel and logistics for our offshore & onshore marine and offshore clients, including crew changes & mobilisations, port logistics, tight lead times and the complex scenarios that require quick, considered problem solving. You'll be a trusted point of contact who understands the industry, anticipates challenges, and delivers a consistently high standard of service. What we're looking forProven marine travel booking experience and global visa requirements for Seafarers (essential) Proven corporate travel booking experience (highly regarded)Expert knowledge of the marine industry and its operational demandsExpert knowledge of corporate and marine airfaresExperience with a GDS and ticketing; Amadeus preferredFamiliarity with back-office and online booking platformsA focused approach that balances cost efficiency with the right outcome for the clientStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesA calm, solutions-focused approach under pressureClear, professional communication with clients and colleaguesA collaborative team player who takes ownership and follows throughFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment Why MobiliseWe're a female-owned, values-led business where culture truly matters.
